The Sherburne Inn is a small and intimate property, cancellations affect us greatly.  Last minute cancellations give us little chance to re-book your room. For this reason, we uphold a strict cancellation policy.

All cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.  If it is necessary to cancel your reservation for any reason, we will gladly refund your deposit with at least a 15 full day’s notice from date of scheduled arrival.  For cancellations 15 full days or less of the arrival date, no refund is possible unless we can re-book your room with no loss to the Sherburne Inn.  Should it be necessary to arrive later or depart earlier than your confirmed dates, you will be responsible for all of the original room nights booked for your intended stay.
