Cancellations
The Sherburne Inn is a small and intimate property, cancellations affect us greatly. Last minute cancellations give us little chance to re-book your room. For this reason, we uphold a strict cancellation policy.
If it is necessary to cancel your reservation for any reason, we will gladly refund your deposit with at least a 14 full day’s notice from date of scheduled arrival. For cancellations 14 full days or less of the arrival date, no refund is possible unless we can re-book your room with no loss to the Sherburne Inn.
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total.
Should it be necessary to arrive later or depart earlier than your confirmed dates, you will be responsible for all of the original room nights booked for your intended stay.
