Christmas Stroll

 Strolling carolers in historic costume, Santa and more. Christmas Stroll

Christmas Stroll is the highpoint of the month-long Nantucket Noel celebration.   The “Stroll” is a favorite event for many who visit the island during the holiday season.  Festivities begin with the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on the day after Thanksgiving.  The arrival of Santa and Mrs. Claus by sea and his horse-drawn tour through town are not to be missed.  Carolers and others perform in period costume.
